- Prepare 1 cup of Heavy whipping cream.
- You need 1/2 cup of Condensed milk.
- It's 5 of Betel leaves.
- It's 1/8 cup of Milk.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Tutti frutti.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped dates.
- It's 1 tbsp of Rose petals jam (Gulkand).
- It's 1 tbsp of chopped dry fruits.
- It's 1 tsp of fennel seeds.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Cardamom powder.
- It's 2-3 drops of green food colour.
Paan Ice Cream instructions
- Chopped betel leaves..
- In a mixer jar take chopped betel leaves, fennel seeds,rose petals jam and milk..
- Blend it well..
- In a bowl take whipping cream and whip it for 1 min on medium speed..
- Add milk made to it and again whip it for 15 - 20 seconds..
- Then add Cardamom powder, chopped dates, tutti frutti, betel leaves paste and green food colour. Mix it well..
- Pour this mixture in airtight container. Add tutti frutti and chopped dry fruits on top..
- Put this container in deep freezer for 10 - 12 hours..
